At TEDS we address the mental health issues that plague our students today. We are dedicated to shaping the leaders of tomorrow by supporting and inspiring today's youth, especially those who are At-Risk. Years of reseach went into defining the characteristic traits of At-Risk youths. Our mission is to provide holistic mentoring programs for students aged 10-17, fifth grade through Senior year. Ensuring they recieve the guidance, encouragement, and support needed to navigate life's challenges so that they can achieve their fullest potential. Our mentorship programs are designed to reach students at critical stages in their development. Through personalized support, we help them build confidence, resilience, and the skills nescessary for academic and personal success. We understand the unique challenges faced by our youth, and we offer a range of services which include, specific life skills training, mentoring on Bullying, Teen Suicide, Anxiety & Depression and more. Our mentors are committed to fostering a sense of belonging and purpose in each student we serve.
Recognizing that the impact of our mission extends beyond students, TEDS is equally committed to empowering educators. We provide professional development opportunities that equip teachers and adminstrators with effective tools and strategies for supporting students. By fostering partnerships with schools, families, and communities, we create a network of support that amplifies our impact. Together, we work towards the shared goal of uplifting and transforming the lives of young people. We believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed and thrive. By investing in both students and educators, we aim to create a brighter future where every young person has the chance to realize their dreams and contribute positively to society. Ms. Sweeney has worked in grades K-12 and has mentored, consultated, and taught University level students. With advanced degrees in Education and Leadership, she instills core values such as Respect, Integrity, and Resilience in her impactful TEDS training sessions. For the past decade Ms. Sweeney has provided Professional Development/Mentorship for both teachers and adminstrators working in high poverty level school districts. Transforming both teachers and administrators to become more effective in their roles as leaders, which in turn can change the trajectory of their District. Dr. Andrew Patton. Executive Director of Triangle Educational Developmental Services, Corp (TEDS), brings 20 years of expertise in Business Management and youth development. With advanced degrees from Rust College and the Episcopal Conclave of Global Ministries, he specializes in Leadership, team building, recruiting, and mentoring. Currently pursuing further education at West Coast Bible College and Seminary, as well as Trinity Bible College, Dr. Patton is dedicated to empowering students through intensive training in core leadership values including Respect, Responsibilty, Accountability, Integrity, Resilience, and Selflessness. His diverse skills as a business development manager and commercial specialist support his mission to drive the success and growth of TEDS and its programs, focusing on Arts and Culture, Human Rights, Social Services, Economic Empowerment, and Education.

Dr. Mugilan accquired his degrees from the University of Alabama in Psychology, Medical Sociology, Public Health and Health Promotion. Dr. Mugilan has over 30 years of experience and expertise. He is a Sociologist, who is an Emotional Intelligence Trainer. Dr. Mugilan works as a Consultant/Trainer/Mentor for Triangle Educational Develop

He is currently teaching at several Universities in TN. Dr. Mugilans role for TEDS will be training, mentoring, providing Professional Development, and administrating the behavioral intelligence surveys on students and staff.
